RE: Supply Strike on Cylon Convoy - Aerilon (54.316523 N -4.4494629 E)
INCIDENT SUMMARY
On request from Aerilon Command, two Predators and two Vipers from Orion were transported over Aerilon by the Light Cruiser Clotho. Predator 1 was piloted by ENS Benecia "Spud" Pearson and ECO'd by Alastair "Trap" Piers. Predator 2 was piloted by LTJG Rebecca Silver and ECO'd by ENS Niko "Pony" Janik. Flying Viper support was ENS Scott Gold and LTJG Luc "Crater" Raynor.
The attacking formation was intercepted by three Raiders, two SAM mobile units, and various anti-air weaponry protecting the convoy. Despite the heavy fire, both Predators managed to strike their targets, destroying the convoy. All craft were able to return to Clotho who provided covering fire to remove the remaining Raiders.
Of note, as we entered Aerilon airspace, it was noted that there was traffic on the civilian radio bands - music, and propaganda of the Allied Planetary Forces. They were announcing the name of Colonial units, and even made mention of Orion. Unknown at this time is the source of these broadcasts, or who is providing them.
