Background
Colonel Mike Galloway is the Commanding Officer of Task Force Blackjack, his 'flag' being on the Baker Bay. He's a career Fleet guy and spent most of his career on heavy cruisers. He started out as a gunnery officer in Weapons and eventually lateraled to a Tactical Officer position aboard. He was the CO of the Ponos (Heavy Cruiser) from 1999-2004 before being given an emergency transfer to ready TF Blackjack.
