MEDICAL REPORT
BATTLESTAR ORION (BS-114)
COLONIAL NAVY 7th FLEET

PATIENT: Boyd, Catriona RANK: Agent
DIVISION: DoD POSITION: Unknown
DOB: 04 April 1978 BLOOD TYPE: A Pos

PRESENTATION: The body of Agent Boyd was pronounced dead upon discovery, time of death estimated between 2300-0300 Sat Mar 9 2005 as determined by ME during autopsy.

DIAGNOSIS: Cause of death: Stab wound to the back of the skull with a blade measuring 3/4", see attached list of blades that would match the type of injury presented. A section of hair on the front of the scalp was removed, perimortem, likely as a result of the hair being grapsed by the assailant and maneuvered in a upright position when the knife entered the back of the skull. (See attached photos entered into case file for initial position of body at time of discovery). Analysis of the subject, once placed in position to correspond the trajectory of the wound supports this finding. Examination of the subjects clothing - grass on the knees of her trousers - indicate that she was on her knees, she was likely forced to her knees and held by her hair, bent forward, at time of death.

Additional injuries including minor scrapes and bruises that were in various stages of healing, wear and tear consistant with duties often presented by agents in the field.

TREATMENT: Upon completion of autopsy the body of Boyd, Catriona - Agent, DoD - was released to the morgue for final disposition.
