COLONIAL FLEET MEMORANDUM

3rd October 2013

RE: Infiltrator at CFAB Crandall

INCIDENT SUMMARY

On the morning of October 3rd 2005 an unknown Six was spotted in a CMC uniform leaving the Ops Offices Infiltrator was given instruction to halt. Six then took Lance Corporal Brina O'Connell hostage. Six then attacked the surrounding Marines, injuring Private Anthony Mallas and killing Private Hugh Jass. Six was then eliminated. Immediate security patrols discovered a breach in the facility fence near the direction of Marlin City and the Six was carrying personnel rosters shift schedules and supply and equipment forms on it's person. Breach in fence to be immediately repaired, rotations and shifts changed. All personnel seeking to leave CFAB Crandall ordered to submit to ID checks until further notice or directives given by CAP Ommanney. ENS Kostas assumes full responsibility for security breach due to incident happening on my watch. Six bagged and tagged for CMO Orion and Intelligence.
