RE: Belgravia Massacre

INCIDENT SUMMARY

At 17:00 hours on November 18th, six predators departed Orion to engage in a routine patrol along a flight path intersecting the Blue Mountains on Picon. We received word from Crandall Tower that scheduled contact with Resistance Fighters on the ground had been missed, and instructed to attempt to make contact directly. All attempts failed. Upon coming in range of the town of Belgravia, several pilots spotted smoke billowing from what appeared to be a grain mill, apparently on fire. Tracer rounds were also visible from below, from a battle in progress between numerous centurions and the civilian inhabitants of the town. The vast majority of these civilians were unarmed.

After advising Crandall Tower of the situation, I gave the order to engage the enemy. Several more civilians were slaughtered before we succeeded in eliminating all centurions from the town. No raider signatures were spotted for the duration of the engagement. At this point, I called for immediate medevac, and recommended the town be completely evacuated and damage control teams deployed to determine whether Belgravia is still fit for habitation.
